If they were sadists, they most likely wouldn't have employed a social media expert.
Very few Nigerian government agencies utilize social media effectively. Like the dude rightly said, EFCC'S brand awareness has gone up significantly in the past few weeks as a result of their social media engagement. Kudos to who ever is behind the account.
