Here in mexico, night travels are encouraged for big trucks and tanker, FRSC should be talking to government to building good roads not stupid policies

I give up...

All over the world, night travel is mandatory for big truck and haulage vehicles, while day travel is for private cars and commercials taxi or buses.

Why is this country like this?....it is, simply because educated and intelligent people don't get government job, even though they applied and ended up in private companies.

The foo.ls continue making stupid laws, can't he just google how it's been done all over the world before proclaiming the policy.

Esh...

This is pretty much unconstitutional. How can an executive agency ban night travel. Ridiculous!! Nigerian's should see this as an over-reach of government. You can't take peoples freedom away without due process or legislative law. you can't deny people their freedom to engage in commerce whenever they want, day or night.
How is banning night travel going to prevent accidents? In fact, for truck drivers, the safest time for them to travel is night time. Less congestion, they don't have to deal with other crazy drivers, and the customers get their product by early morning.
FRSC should focus on upgrading the safety features on the roads, adding guardrails, pavement markers, warning signs, proper lighting, pedestrian crossing, sidewalks, and No open drainage gutters especially where speed can exceed 40 kmh.
Ofcourse, instead of doing the hardwork of using their brain and sitting down to figure out best practices, FRSC resorts to myopic decisions.
