One more advantage of being a Nigerian - We have adapted and can now see in the dark.

I don't know what the noise about Nigeria and electricity is all about. Is it compulsory to follow the world order? We are about to show the world a new civilisation.

he really hasn't said anything we didnt know before,
& for the 100th time, Mr abati, offer solutions!!!

you don't go around knocking Nigeria & Nigerians down without
proferring a solution.

Why Abati hasn't joined politics, I don't understand. Sebi, he has ideas about how Nigeria should be run.

make dem com naija now.

At people daring mr abati to try his hands in government/politics, i daresay that being a good critic does not make you a good leader. everyman should know his area of core competence.

the guy is only reporting. he's a journalist. what else do we expect from him

Abi oh, I remember back then after some heavy winds/rainfall, our Nitel lines will normally cut and we'd be forced to get a ladder and trace the problem all the way to their local exchange  sad

Was in a BA flight to Baltimore in August, from Heathrow.
Cabin lights were switched off prior to take-off, and one little Nigerian girl in the aisle shouted 'NEPA!'
I'm not kidding. This actually happened. Could not stop laughing.

How safe are candles used in nigeria and the way they are used?People blame most sicknesses and deaths on witch crafts and mysteries but things that kill people most are every day mundane stuffs they ignorantly and compulsorily use as result of bad government.

Indeed.

Nigerians take pleasure in complaining and condemning and so govt leaves them much to complain about. it occupies the masses, makes them feel important since they then subconsciously believe that they are more capable than authorities. However, If the entire time Nigerians spent repeatedly pointing out the obvious was substituted with endless researching solutions to inform the right parties , I'm confident we would be in a better place . We certainly couldn't be worst off today.
