Thank you.

CHAPTER 1 OF THE CONSTITUTION DERIVED FROM 1963 PARLIAMENT AGREEMENT SAYS:

3) If any other law is inconsistent with the provisions of this Constitution, this Constitution shall prevail, and that other law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.

2. (1) Nigeria is one indivisible and indissoluble sovereign state to be known by the name of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Azikiwe and representatives of the Eastern region agreed to it in 1963.

I like this. What you just cited is a typical example of state formation depicted in the social contract theories of Hobbes and Rousseau. But remember that in those political philosophy, the only thing that relieves the individual components of the state from their contract is the inability or unwillingness of the 'Leviathan' state to safeguard their lives and property. Even the most extremist of the social contract philosophers (Hobbes)acknowledged this. It was this quagmire that the Ibos found themselves in during the Northern Nigeria Pogroms of 1966 that led to the mass exodus of igbos to the then Eastern region, and the secession of Biafra.

This lack of security and wanton dispossession of lives and property is again rearing its head in various parts of Nigeria, with the state appearing incompetent to provide law and order, which is the minimum condition any Government owes its people to maintain their allegiance.

As has been prevalent through all history and in various land and climes, the people would surely switch their allegiance to any person or group or organization that can provided security, order, and a measure of Justice.

Nnamdi Kanu's message was anachronistic, retrogressive, and simple wrong. Nnamdi Kanu is a false prophet of Biafra. His sermons divide the black race instead of uplifting It. Kanu needs to sing a progressive song. Igbos are not the only group suffering from the aberration of Nigeria. Infact the so-called Hausa-Fulani masses that are supposed to be oppressing igbos are have the roughest part of it. The average igbo man is better off than the average hausa. It is only the elites of the different groups in Nigeria that are benefiting from the system.

Nigerians must understand the clamor for Biafra, not in an ethnic coloration, but as the quintessence of the idea of an African society naturally founded on the principle of free association of ethnic groups bound together by mutual benefits and interests, and respect for one another.

Black African countries were the creation of the White man for his own interest. Nowadays, almost every thinking Nigerian has realized that as presently constituted, Nigeria can not serve the interest of its citizens, but must cater to its masters as a matter of priority.

Maybe its because we will hold our own referendum forbidding any Biafran citizen to own any property on Nigerian soil and put it as a clause in our new Nigerian constitution

And does that sound reasonable to you? If yes, mention any Benefits Nigeria derives from the non-secession of Biafra, and why the existence of Biafra harms Nigeria.
