hobermener:You obviously don't know anything about crypto-currencies. Bitcoin is not anything like mmm. It is a crypto currency. Google and learn. Mmm is a ponzi scheme. Bitcoin is a digital currency just like money you can have in google wallet, paypal even your money in the bank is digital and exchangeable for paper money, same with bitcoin. Do you know their are bitcoin ATM's? 2 Likes |

In my opinion, buhari is worst than all the aforementioned combined. How can such an illiterate president know how the world as of today revolve? The foolish president thinks we are still in 1818. What a shame! |

You can Imagin? Is there any risk free business? Do they know how long swizzgold has been in existence Bitcoin is ONLY going down at the moment because of China's announcement to introduce its own Cryptocurency which wont in anywhere come close to bitcoin because it would be centralizes and regulated by its Apex Bank...... 1 Like |

grossintel: You have just answered your question. Government has all the power to stop bitcoin payment system if it's proven to be a ponzi scheme and a silk road (online black market). Simple laws can work against it. IP geolocation can be tracked and mining farm locations compromised by FBI. Go read about Ross William Ulbricht and what happened to him as a darknet market operator. Enjoy while it last bro. 1 Like |

Koolking:hahahahaha, obviously the whole world isn't uniting to make laws anytime soon. If they ever do then you can say it, yes, the world's problems will be gone forever, no more terrorism, no more cases of fraud, in fact no criminal will go freely!! Am not expecting efcc anytime soon to arrest me for bitcoin mining and when I mean soon am talking about hundreds of years from now. The best the US government can do is ban bitcoin exchangers from operating in the US and some other parts of the world but this will only eliminate its good use and Drive its publicity, in fact banning it will be a stupid move and drive its value in 3rd world countries like Nigeria and we all know Nigeria has no intelligence on anyone. If the government truly wants to stop bitcoins it can only be done effectively by introducing a cryptocurrency regulated by the US government and Drive its value more than bitcoins then possibly we can abandone bitcoins and use the new currency. |

What is this bitcoin all about? How does it really work? Can this cryptocurrency be used in commercial quantity or for trading purposes? This mode of transaction may be fraught with fraud. |

Its obvious that SEC wants Nigerians to wallow in poverty this year. Kerosene is N500 a litre, Fuel is projected to be n250 a litre, diesel 450 /litre cooking gas N5000/12.5 kg Not to talk of food stuff and other expenses, incomes are depreciating, and SEC wants the rest of us to wallow and drown in poverty. E no go happen. |

Dangote's Business was reassessed/ reappraised last year and it was discovered that he is no longer maintaining the number one spot as the richest man in Africa because of the depreciating value of naira. What does that tell you? It means every business or investment in any currency has its fundamental risks. Even regulated banks can close shops and disappear with people's deposits. And if you ask me, Nigeria itself is a big risk doing business in it. |

Useless SEC, what did they do when I lost N3M in afribank and Bankphb shares that are approved by them, to me the Nigerian stock exchange itself is just a legal ponzi scheme where they rob Paul to pay peter. |

The only reason why 1 bitcoin value has been below $1000 for some days now is because of hackers. They have finally found an anomaly in the block chain script and are trying to manipulate it. Some have succeeded though and I have my own fair share of the cake. Just check my signature if you wanna benefit from this bitcoin revolution! |
