Essential Duties and Responsibilities Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, etc.) Attend to clients and guests Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities in the group, different departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Screen all incoming calls to answer or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments Perform administrative support tasks such as managing staff meetings and writing minutes. The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with the retail team to make sure that the sales floor shelves attract attention and the warehouse shelves are fully stocked. The successful candidate will also offer customer service to the retail store owners by tracking down lost orders, getting customers the products they need and resolving potential paperwork issues. Job Responsibilities Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives Ensure that the right amount of goods are available in store and are being sold at the right price.
