A country that does not even know its populace wants to embark on a statistics-based adventure. It was clear from the onset that this scheme is mere political chicanery.

When I asked a simple question of how they came about who qualifies as poor and vulnerable and how many poor and vulnerable have bank accounts, one zombie said I was an enemy of progress, well we all know how things are done in this country and sure-p comes to mind

Country that cannot pay government workers is now paying unemployed people with borrowed money. There is no way of averting fraud in this scheme. What was the basis of selecting the beneficiary states. That's the same basis that will replicate in selection the final beneficiaries within those states. I am beginning to sing the tune of those who have given up hope in this country ever recovering from the abyss.

Buhari is Nigeria single largest problem donor now, he has created more problems than he met on ground and the bitter truth is Nigeria will suffer the consequences for another 7 to 8 years and most especially since he is going ahead with the loan he is seeking. This government has done ZERO NOTHING since they took over. Remove buhari today and put a sensible man in power ,and I bet it that Nigeria will experience changes within 3 months .

He is among the 10 most useless Presidents on mother earth.

His resignation will save us lots of trouble angry

He is actually the number one on that list. He cant even make a wonderful inspiring speech of less than 3 minutes to encourage his ppl??
That is the problem Nigeria will have to face in 2019, the thieves using the dullard as a cover-up to loot will want to do everything possible that he continues staying in power. That is where the internal apc struggle will blowout.

If he continues for another term, Nigeria might experience man made famine similar to Ethiopia case in the 80s

There is already famine in the land, there is food but ppl cant buy due to its rising cost. Many sleep hungry in Nigeria, haven't you noticed now that in Nigeria food rationing is gradually taking place in form of food donations ?

This scheme should have never seen the light of day. But during the elections, most youths wanted to receive the cash. They never thought of the wanton corruption that is going to be definitely involved.

Good idea in itself, but we do not have the organisation, discipline, selflessness and honesty to run a scheme like this.

So it will be another avenue to loot.

One govt. Promise to another, but no fulfillment,

.......Translation: the government can't help u.

These money N5000 cant buy malaria n typhoid drugs n still feed any beneficiary in a month. Abeg make them increase the money to at lease N15000. It will do them more good. I believe d would have also asked people to apply for this n use the local authority I.e their community heads to know the poorest in his community. All this politicians can be doing every thing.

Are the Biafrans not Nigerians, are they not in the national and state assemblies, have they been able to distinguished and separate themselves from the shameful charade of corruption, the answer is capital NO.So why do you think Biafra will be free from the same challenges Nigeria is presently experiencing.

For me, I don't see this scheme as something that will last. It will still give room for embezzlement at the end of the day. Already it has been hijacked by politicians.

No mind the illiterate headed government.

Nigerians will never learn and when you warn them about this government and buhari they will take you as enemy of progress. Smh
So, this government is the problem now? That we shouldn't have allowed them to be in power, and should have allowed pdp to continue. The programme is noble but just the selfishness in an average Nigeria.

there is nothing noble about that programme,a country that doesn't even have a serious up to date national identity card system cannot do a functional efficient welfare programme . Buhari may not know this and that one is understandable because he couldn't have learnt it from his cows but other apc members know This
