The South East has 23 projects worth N36.3bn in 2016 Who embezzled the N36.3 billion 2016 allocation for Southeast roads because nothing was done? Corruption everywhere 18 Likes |

Fashola is doing well but I dey suspect him. Why will he earmark 96billion to refund Obiano in this election year. What's his plan? Obiano will steal the whole money for electoral purposes. Also, we want to see the effects of these monies being spent 2 Likes |

SW accounts for over 52% of net goods imported so it is commonsense for it to have more roads to cater of haulage of those goods. 27 Likes 3 Shares |

Op please check well. That figure may be for SW. Besides what is that to the millions budgeted for kitchen and her property? How many of the projects will be implemented at the end of the fiscal year? 1 Like 1 Share |

Most of the huge projects in the South-west will be in the Lagos axis as they were in 2016. Some of them are the dualization of Lagos-Otta road (N1.7bn); construction of Apakun-Murtala Mohammed International Airport road in Lagos State (N2bn); access road to Apapa/Tincan Port, NNPC depot -Mile2 road (N1.2bn); dualization of Ibadan-Ilorin (N3bn); expansion of Lagos-Shagamu-Ibadan road (N31.5bn), and rehabilitation of Apapa-Oshodi road (N7.8bn). All these roads are roads that leads into Lagos and roads that Nigerians use to access the sea and air Ports in Lagos This definitely is neither a favour to SW nor Lagos in particular. These are definitely not SW projects 26 Likes 4 Shares |

pinkcottoncandy: I thought the popular narrative was that the North was totally undeveloped and has nothing to show for its years in the centre? If the reverse had been the case we would have drowned in wailers tears crying that Buhari is the king of the North and is destroying our unity by abandoning the South, particularly the SW that gave him their mandate. Now the South is dominating road projects yet you are still wailing; did you prefer the projects to have been thrown out because the North is ahead of the South in road infrastructure? Smh. The way some Nigerians speak from both sides of their mouths can make the devil accept salvation. Islie: PMB is steady destroying the propaganda against him like a crazed samurai. Carry on Mr President. 21 Likes 2 Shares |

Eledan: There is no need for this baseless sense of entitlement that you're exhibiting. Are all the beef, tomatoes, vegetables and grains (including the famous LaKe rice) that are moved daily from the North to Lagos transported by air? Anyone can make the claim you made because no man is an island. Acknowledge the news and move on. 4 Likes |

QuotaSystem: Dispute the fact/opinion as stated, which of those roads are exclusively meant for the benefit of Swesterners? They are basically roads located in the SW for economic benefit of Nigerians. So the OP is trying to be mischievous, trying to sound as if the Yorubas are the only beneficiaries and it's the basis for my opinion. Good morning 11 Likes 1 Share |

Eledan: I doubt that was the OP's intention because it's quite unlikely that anyone can be daft enough to assume ANY road in Nigeria could be exclusively meant for the benefit of the inhabitants of just that region. Have a great day. 2 Likes |
