Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa took to her YouTube channel Toke Moments, to warn people in abusive relationships cum marriages. The episode is titled Its ok to leave and Toke says if your marriage and relationship isn’t working and you are fast becoming a shadow of yourself, then its time to leave.

According to her:"When all you are ever thinking about is how the situation is consuming your soul then may be its time to leave. People don’t like to say these things openly because they believe when it comes to marriages, you cannot tell people to leave. Why would someone make you commit murder or spend the rest of your life in jail? it’s time to leave."
