1. By getting through an agent within this axis and telling him your budget for land and size.

2. Then he will tell you the available land size,cost and title

3. Inspection of the land by you or your rep.

4. Getting all necessary documents and performing window search at the relevant body to ascertain the true owner of the land and also to know if the land has issues or not.
