With the EFCC hamstrung by a corrupt senate most cases will end up without conviction.

This doesn't come as a surprise.

Statement or no statement, the available evidence presented in court will convict you or set you free, and by extension, indict Jonathan or clear him.

You are the accused in your own prosecution, not the star witness. The only words from you that matter is the initial plea of Guilty or Not Guilty. Having plead Not Guilty, your prosecution has since begun.

This EFCC is very bad, that is how EFCC forced imPatience Jonathan to come out and confess and claim that the millions of dollars in her maids', drivers' and gardeners' accounts were her own hard earned money. EFCC always forcing people to claim money that is not theirs. Please when will EFCC force men to claim the money in FFK and Fayose's accounts?

This is why you deny bail to people that have committed serious crimes, so they don't come out talking crap. A man that would be in prison for at least 30 years in normal countries is here complaining about a two week detention.

They need to start charging these dolts that make these unfounded and damaging claims with Obstruction of Justice.

I've never seen a system that babies criminals like your country. I think it's because the lawmakers know the nation is fillied with criminal elements and they don't know if it'd be their turn tomorrow.
