IT IS EITHER HE AGREES TO REFUND SOME PERCENTAGE TO ALL OF US HE DEFRAUDED OR HE WILL SURELY NEVER GO UNPUNISHED. HE HAS EVEN REFUSED TO REFUND ABOUT 80K I PAID TO HIM TO TRACK MY CAR AND DO THE REGISTRATION WHICH HE NEVER DID. NEMESIS WILL SURELY CATCH UP ON HIM
