The question I have is how a former Treasurer of Mobil Nigeria and Ex-Governor of Lagos state is able to afford to a $50 million private jet that even the CEO of Exxon Mobil worldwide Rex Tillerson does'nt own.

All you stated is fact. I naively thought that Buhari because of the way he was packaged was going to bring about that change and go after all the corrupt leaders in APC and PDP.

You are not allowed to award contracts to your personal company even in Nigeria.It's against the civil service rules,that is corruption, and grounds for prosecution.Why does his company get 5% agency fee,why not 0.05%?There was no public tender for the contract,if there was KPMG,Deloitte,PWC or Enrst and Young would have won the contract.
That is why it is a crime for goverment officials in the civil service to award contracts to their personal company. If this was'nt a rule contracts will get inflated and officials will not pick the best bid for any project.
In western countries he would have been prosecuted ,but Nigeria operates a lootocracy and is a Banana Republic, so he will get away with the crime of awarding his personal company Alpha Beta the contract.
