IF DAVID- OR ANY OF THE OLD TESTAMENT SAINTS- HAS LOVED GOD WITH ALL OF THEIR HEART, ALL OF THEIR SOUL, AND ALL OF THEIR MIGHT, THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND A BETTER WAY THAN TO KILL PEOPLE- NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY DESERVED IT.

You NEVER find God telling people: "X has to die!" and people reply: "Oh no, God- there's got to be a better way!" except ONCE- and that led to the man who told God that HE knew better FORFEITING THE FRUITS OF HIS LABOUR.

People seem to have learned the wrong lesson from that- and therefore, instead of WORKING HARDER TO DEAL WITH THEIR ENEMIES WITHOUT KILLING, they eagerly killed- even their own Brethren.

It was a TEST- which they consistently FAILED.

YAHSHUA'S DISCIPLES NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS "CONVERSION" THAT YAHSHUA WAS TALKING ABOUT.

Therefore they tried their best to BLOCK THE ROAD (OFFEND) for every other Christian who tried to read Yahshua through them.

I remember an incidence, I was still a christian then. I told an elderly man that Jesus can't be happy with soldiers, the man realizing that christians wld be defenseless without the military rushed to defend "christian" soldiers, but I noticed his defense was not based on the bible but fire of how vulnerable christians are without the military. It is obvious than man made all these laws and God has nothing to do with christianity.
