have you been to school at all? oyo is a city, ibadan is also a city. The name of the state is oyo state. The capital of oyo state is ibadan, therefore, ibadan city is more bigger and populous than oyo city.

Bros, there are undeveloped areas separating Lagos Mega city and Epe, Badagry, Hence, the two cities are seperate cities in Lagos State. Lagos Mega city is a combination of several LGAs lock together into i big Megalopolis. Yes Kano State is the most populated according to the most recent census ( not that i believe the result) but you have to realize that Kano city is no match for lagos city (megalopolis)
in terms of population.
