Although,femi adesina had used president buhari's twitter account to announced his master 10 days leave and he subsequently handed over leadership to vice president osibanjo temporarily.However,the vice president cannot take critical decision that can affect positive changes in the president's absence.If he does,the northern elders will accuse him of betrayal and that he is praying for his boss's demise.The same circumstance took place during ex president jonathan when some of the late ya'radua ministers and the northern power mongers held the country to ransom.Some of president buhari close allies are the ones taking the shot as i type.The vice president is a figure head..In this instance,the president health condition should be disclose so that power should be fully handed over to the vice president so that he can pilot the affairs of the country. |

The president has transmitted power to the VP, it is left to the VP to determine how to use it. There is always people influencing decisions of power holders but the degree of influence depends on the personality of holders of the power. 1 Like |
