What a complete shi.t-hole Nigeria is. This case should not be allowed to die. The CCTV footage is crucial. It places the victim and the patrol at the location and gives a time frame. The bullion van would also have had a departure and destination. From that the escorts can be identified and the assailant can be identified. If there is one cause for Human rights groups to take up or for the general public to protest about, this is it.
