From the examples, 14x19=266
Also, 11x41=451

The two circles above multiplied by the two circles below will give u the middle circle

4×3×5=60 3×5=15 4÷2=2 15×2=30 30+60=90
2×6×10=120 6×10 =60 2÷2 =1 60×1 =60 120+60=180
6×1×7 =42 1×7 =7 6÷2 =3 7×3 =21 42+21 =63
