The federal government of Nigeria advertise youth and agriculture development scheme for micro,small and medium enterprise with million of dollars allocated every year to this scheme. Going by the research conducted on most of this scheme(BOI/CBN, CBN/COMMERCIAL BANKS IN NIGERIA)no penny has been receive by anybody. Is this part of a political strategy to calm the populace or the money are being kept for interest yielding by those in-charge of the administration of the loan.
