It is a good thing,kudos!
But no one looked at the negative aspects
1)it will encourage indiscipline
2)lecturers will bribe students by giving them free marks which mean indirectly they will churn out quarter baked graduates(already half baked before ),increase in first class and so on

but its very good,to sort the shaff out of the grain... KARMA! :p

Excellent idea. But it should be done in a balanced way to avoid victimization.
