Nigerian National Assembly can't even impeach Buhari, even if Buhari is not heard from in two years time.

North wants to retain power.
North dominates the national assembly through over-representation which north draws from the twenty states proliferated in northern Nigeria by northern soldiers. Those soldiers wrongly used land mass as criterion to create the 36 states and Abuja political structure.

There should have been more states in the two southern regions than in the one northern region after Abacha created the last states and left only seventeen states for the two southern regions, but twenty for one northern region.

issue is: many southerners don't even understand that it is through north's over-bloated number of twenty states that Arewa politicians draw political over-representation to dominate Nigeria.
