After the appointment and inauguration of the FEC with @MBuhari retaining the Petroleum Ministry, one would wonder if while on Medical vacation the Ag. President; @ProfOsinbajo is also the Ag. Minister of Petroleum.

Again with two Ministers out (Amina Mohammed – (Gombe) Minister of Environment) and (Barr James Ocholi (Kogi) Minister of State, Labour & Employment), the affected states do not have their rep at the FEC

To help you, PMB reserving minister of petroleum for himself is to serve dual purpose:

1. To have direct supervision of the ministry. In real sense, it's the minister of state, Ibe Kachiukwu, who still does the main job of the ministry.

2. To cut down on the number of ministers which translates to some saving in salaries/allowances.

So, yes, VPYO assumes all the functions previously performed by PMB.
