Perfecttouch: True, but I see no reason someone would spend £44,000 on a delapidated piece of metal like this when they can easily get a clean working one for $80,000 or even £40,000. Though there are some that still cost as much as £200,000.

greenhulk: The Pics you posted here look more like the series 2 that ran from the late 60s into the 70s. The series one (which I think includes the centre piece of this thread) is much, much more valuable....despite the subtle differences. I stand to be corrected though I still do wonder is restoration is still feasible- considering the level of disrepair. |
