This is a good speech from Atiku. But the Question is :Does he have the political will to implement that.  How sincere is he on this speech. Or is it their usual pranks/ political promises like the way APC did just to have their way. |

Why all these long talk. This can only be achieved by a constitutional review by the national assembly and supported by two - third majority of the state houses of assembly. The presidency does not even have the power to do this. If Atiku is really serious about this restructure, he should channel his energy towards lobbying the national assembly to review the constitution in this regard. |
