The Big Brother Nigeria show got a lot more publicity this weekend than I guessed it had since the conception of the show.

This was due to the disqualification of one of the housemates, Kemen due to sexual misconduct. The disqualification of Kemen got the attention of critics of the show as well as fans, as most people were in support of Biggie action to disqualify Kemen for groping Tboss while she was asleep.

Kemen action was wrong, taking advantage of a woman when she was asleep and there are some valuable lessons to be learned here, and I believe you will agree with me, being a fan of the show or not.
1. Consent is very important, being a man or a woman, you can just go about touching people private part without some sort of consent. You will agree with me that this is a gray area, as no one will ask "let me kiss you" and wait for an answer then proceed to kiss. However, they have to be some mutual form of likeness from both parties. It was obvious Tboss didn't like Kemen from the start, Kemen was just forcing himself on her.
2. Stay focused on the price: Kemen forgot the reasons he was there and got carried away by the beauty. The first reason he was there was to win the show, worth N25 million, not a small money. And also to sell himself, his brand, especially as a fitness instructor like he claims to be. But it seems he has done major damage to his brand with his act, no woman will feel safe with an instructor known for groping women.
3. Lack of self-control: it's normal for anyone, man or woman to exhibit sexual feeling for someone, intact it is natural, but self-control is key as he does define your character. We have noticed some housemates in the house sleeping on the couch or alone in a small bed to fit just one person, a good example is Bassey. Probably their reason might be to avoid situations like this, as the saying goes if you can handle the heat, stay away from the kitchen. We should learn the act to discipline ourselves especially our urges or they might get the best of us.
4. The ultimate price is you as a brand: the truth is that the person that win the money at the end might not end being as successful as one who had shown good character and had the talent to succeed outside the house. Another lesson to learn is that you, yourself is the ultimate brand you are selling, and that will determine how far you will make it.
