The Nigerian Army has destroyed 80 illegal refineries in Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers states.

Stolen crude oil? No way!

You can't refine a drop of oil in your country, but destroy the refine built by your countrymen in the bush.

Everything na destroy! destroy! destroy! The animal can't step back and think......"Why not we engage these 'illegal' local refiners so we don't have to spend hard-earned dollars to export crude for refinement and still pay through our nose to import and sell to nigerians"

Good job but don't do harm the environment with soot.....it's also better to help the economy recover the crude oil rather than waste it and harm the environment at the same time.

We condemn this action, coming at a time when the price of petrol is above N25 in a major oil producing nation.I thought Acting President Osinbajo said they would legalise these refineries. Any oil theft going on in any of these 'illegal' refineries is probably because of the toga of 'illegality' bestowed upon them by Government which should know better.
