I observed that many car owners are not always given any other option but to replace their steering racks when they are faulty. Consequently, some unknowingly end up buying refurbished steering racks at the price of ''tokunbo' or new one but won't last. Is there anyone who has a solution? I have come across some fluid additives that claim to repair leaking power steering seals. Has someone ever used one before to share an experience? |

Correct me if I'm wrong, any oil (additive) that claims to seal places is likely to be thick and will likely build up sludge. To pump such oil puts a stress on the engine, or in this case the power steering pump. Best use recommended oil and forget about anything called additives. |
