Thank God for water and peppermint tea grin

. Yes oh, people start working out for summer in March be I do it all year round. Toned arms/legs/abs are worth the sweat and pain grin

. My dear dont be afraid of weights o1 we dont have enough testosterone to build hulk hogan muscles. Replace your light girly weights with something heavier remember muscles burn more calories even at rest wink

Recipe to loose weight:

First thing to do in the morning, Drink two bottles of maltina, with two eggs and a tin of liquid milk.
One hour later drink yogurt.
The main breakfast, eat 4 slices of boiled yam and beef sauce
For desert eat some bananas and avocado pear

Before lunch you should eat akara ( fry it with palm oil because it contains less cholesterol ) and whole wheat bread as snacks

For lunch eat pounded yam, starch or amala with Banga soup. For desert eat tapioca and roasted plantain.

For supper eat pork and fried potato wash it down with a little alcohol ( small stout for instance )

For dinner eat coconut rice and drink ugwu juice

NB this is a secret recipe which is my intellectual property. Under no circumstances should any person be found distributing it without my consent

I dont eat. . . . . .As in i dont see it as a necessity like most human sees it.
I can do for a day without eating. . . . .
There was a day i almost forgot that i hadn't eating.
I remembered at around 12am after which i rushed into the kitchen to get me something.
I'm i a normal person? . . . .Perhaps. . . . . . Maybe not.

Having your first meal at 8:30 pm is not nice. I eat less than three times a day most times, I skip breakfast sometimes but the two times I do eat, I eat well!!. grin

Is it that you have no appetite even in the afternoon?

Its important to eat breakfast and lunch at least, not a brekkie person myself but i always eat at lunch n dinner no matter how little.
maybe u r one of those ppl that eats big portions at a go sha undecided

Yes oo, at school I eat breakfast because I have early morning classes plus I paid for the meal before the semester began. I have to use it or it goes to waste at the end of the semester grin

At home, like now that I'm on vaca, I wake up late. No use for breakfast jare. But I love Breakfast sha, I have appetite even in the morning.
