mrbanji: Clarity:- The reason why content should be itemised so as to value the cost of clearing a container. Said above its the content that is been cleared no the container. Custom values what ever is in the container. Clearing a 20fit container can be more expensive than 40fit clearing, all because of it content. For a container containing vehicles, you need to itemised the year and make of the vehicles so as to know it's individual value. For Goods (cargo) you need to show a proforma invoice which itemised all what is in the container. According to law duty should be paid for everything it contains. You can leave any questions and I will reply once seen. |
