This seems insane to think about. Nigeria gave no regard to its border for decades. The porous border issue didn't matter til so called foreign herdsmen and terrorists popped up due to incompetent of federal government. I'm glad the minister isn't making excuses but giving solutions to the issue. You have illegals running around nobody knows who they are or where they came from. NIS have a few helicopters to survey 4,500 KM of land? It's good they are implementin ECOWAS bio-metric identity card into system but what about the other ID systems. This article gives me impression they weren't tracking anyone coming in or out of country. Interesting they are going to monitor Foreign herdsmen let's see if the statistics show if they are the issue. I feel like it going to show it's domestic herdsmen. Other than that the plan sounds reasonable to track people as long as he gets funding. 1 Like |

So will that mean no more foreign Fulani herdsmen will kill innocent people in the country? It's a good idea, I am gradually agreeing with the Biafran secessionists that the country is not a zoo but a forest where animals eat eachother without checks and balances? So what have the immigration been doing all this while? Mounting illegal checkpoints on our roads to look for rice or Chinese men Indeed there was never a country smh |
