why Nigerians always at the top of bad list?

Please, take these stats with a teaspoon (not pinch) of salt. We all have eyes; how many light skinned women do you see in your family, school, street, church, office and so on? According to these stats, almost 8 out of every 10 Nigerian women bleach, and that is not true. There are way, way more dark skinned women walking on the streets of Nigeria than there are light (natural and bleached combined).

So, my question is, when and how did the UN carry out this survey? How did they determine and take their sample size? The stat is seriously inaccurate and thus, their study method was obviously flawed.

The bulk of the comments I read on Nairaland (and other Nigerian sites) give me cause for concern. They show that most of us do not analyse the information we receive and cannot be bothered to think and write critically.
