What exchange rate are they using for the conversion to Naira. All the mathematics are completely wrong. $200 billion at $1 to N400 will be equal to 80 Trillion Naira and not 400 Trillion Naira.

Again 400 Trillion Naira is not budget for 8 years but budget for about 66 years at the rate of 6 Trillion per year.
