Each time I look at Dino's case, I feel this guy just successfully mocked and rubbished the two institutions of Senate and our university system. To me, it seems Dino is saying "You got 9 As in your W.A.S.S.C.E You read 12 hours a day in university You graduated with 1st class and as best student in your school. Still you cannot send your V.C. on an errand and your V.C. cannot call you a distinguished Alumnus." NTOOR! NTOOR!! NTOOR!!!
