ARC. SHEHU TUKUR EMPHASIZES ON INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT
AND HUMAN RESOURCE REFORM IN NASARAWA STATE.

Dr. Arc. Alhaji Shehu Tukur (Sarkin Gabas of Keffi) is a name that is synonymous with infrastructural development in northern Nigeria. His recent contribution to the development and advancement of Nasarawa state is indeed remarkable and outstanding. During an exclusive conversation with him, AlhShehu lamented on the deteriorating status of human resources in the state and the need for reformation so as to optimize the effective exploration of the vast mineral resources buried in our grounds.

The Architect noted that without self-development, standard education and psychological reform, the hastened growth in infrastructural development will not be resourcefully managed and utilized. However, he promised to encourage the initiation of programs and projects that will promote human capita development as well as ensure a uniform exploration of the entire mineral resources which the state is endowed with.

Considering his adept abilities, unconditional sincerity and his kin interest for the reform going on the state, the Nasarawans might eventually consider that he takes the mantle of leadership in the forthcoming gubernatorial elections so as to sustain the good works which his Excellency, Governor Umaru Tanko Almakura has started; but the consultant is yet to officially declare his interest.

Most importantly, Arc. Shehu Tukur recommended the state Governor for his support and radical approach towards ensuring a rapid and well-felt development in the state, he says “Nasarawa state has experience tremendous change in the past few years and we owe all appreciation to the visionary prospects of our governor; a great leader and a symbol of greatest.”

Still speaking to our reporters, the Sarkin Gabas of Keffi encouraged the youths to engage in activities that will promote and uphold their patriotism to the state. He stressed on the need for youths to engage in personal development, academic pursuits and myriads of other resourceful commitments so as to be able to exploit the opportunities which the rapid growth in infrastructural development is creating.

He also buttressed on the need to exploit the values of human resources in the state, saying that it is the only resource that is capable of advancing the uniform reflection and holistic development of other resources in the state. He however stated that the reform of human capita is key to the advancement of Nasarawa state as well as the tool that will uphold the relevance of the state.

In his concluding words, the consultant and builder pledged his commitment to continuously promote the dreams and aspiration of the people as well as the vision of the state governor so as to sustain a resourceful and attractive haven for foreign investors which in-turn reflect on the advancement of the state.
