According to the results obtain from underground water tests done by NIPRD on the water table beneath the cities; Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and Owerri, there has been confirmation that the water table in these places tested positive for Dihydrogen Monoxide, a chemical compound, and is currently going to coming out of every faucet within those region.
