ARC. SHEHU TUKUR CAUTION NASARAWANS ON
PROPER MANAGEMENT OF STATE FACILITIES.

Yesterday, Arc. Shehu Tukur, the builder and also the unseen creative architect behind the development of Nasarawa state was spotted by our reporters at his Abuja office. During a cross section with journalist, the architect spoke bitterly about the careless management of Nasarawa state infrastructures. He was grieved by the fast deterioration of facilities and structures which were recently developed in the state.
However, he expressed imperative dissatisfaction on the level of collective interest, patriotism, proactive engagements of stakeholder as well as the entire people of the state, he said “we cannot engage any relatively sustainable achievement if the people do not key into the visionary prospects of our outstanding governor, his Excellency, Umaru Tanko Almakura”, who is working tirelessly to ensure that he leaves an indelible significance in the sands of time.
Arc. Shehu succinctly emphasized on the issues of waste control, community sanitation, abuse of drainage system and also the proper utilization of power supply as well as other very important facilities in the state. He went further to reiterate that if we all engage a collective approach towards ensuring an effective management and utilization of state infrastructures, it will invariably help in fast-tracking the sustainability of infrastructures in Nasarawa state.
He therefore encouraged stakeholders to imbibe the sense of patriotic belonging, thereby seeing state facilities as if it were their personal properties. However, the Sarkin Gabas of Keffi and also the people’s choice for 2019 gubernatorial elections ended the conversation by throwing words of appreciation to the state governor, saying that, Nasarawa state will remain indebted to him for the exclusive roles he is playing to ensure flexibility for effective continuity in the developmental projects which he has started.
