By the end of next month this government would have been in power for two years. It is instructive that it is just about setting up a "delivery unit" to deliver the very basic stuff mentioned in their plan. Nearly two years into the administration, they are still gathering a team of "experts" to tell them what to do. As Naijiant.com articulated in August last year, this government still thinks a panel of "experts" is the silver bullet to Nigeria's problems. Don't they have enough "experts" in the budget and finance ministries? Didn't they tell Nigerians that VP Osinbajo, Adeosun and Udoma were "experts"? How many experts are already employed advising the president, the VP and these ministers? Udoma also said an army of consultants were being recruited to work on this plan.
