Jazakumullahu Khairan @OP.

Unfortunately, arrogance has become the order of the day in our society of Today.

May Allah (SWT) guide us.

Surah Al-Maeda, Verse 64:

And the Jews say: The hand of Allah is tied up! Their hands shall be shackled and they shall be cursed for what they say. Nay, BOTH HIS HANDS are spread out(yadaahu mabsoototaani), He expends as He pleases; and what has been revealed to you from your Lord will certainly make many of them increase in inordinacy and unbelief; and We have put enmity and hatred among them till the day of resurrection; whenever they kindle a fire for war Allah puts it out, and they strive to make mischief in the land; and Allah does not love the mischief-makers.

My reply to you comes after Ramadan inshaAllah. May Allah preserve us beyond then, Amin.

But bear in mind that you are wrong.

Its understandable that you wouldn't want to lie in Ramadan, OK we will be waiting for the lie you'll bring forth but be rest assured that it will be ignored like your other post was ignored....... if you can argue on simple grammar issues, we ask for where your sincerity has gone? anyway the curse of Allaah is upon the liars ......

BTW the post wasn't specifically for you but for people with the fear of Allaah in their hearts, and ikhlaas......

Figurative Sense Of The Ayat
To start with the ayat was expressed from the onset in a figurative, that is, not in a literal one, and the understanding should remain at that.

Quran 5 64
And the Jews said, "Allah's hand is fettered." Fettered are their own hands, and cursed are they for what they said. In fact, His hands are well-extended.
He gives as He wills.
- Ma'ariful Qur'an

It is just like the saying among the English people that someone is "tight fisted" for being miserly. This does not refer to the literal hand of the person now.

Also, scholars have pointed out the verse of the Holy Qur'an

...in whose hand lies the marriage tie - Quran 2:237

as another example where 'hand' has been used figuratively.

The Phrase Proper

Nay
His hands
Are spread out

The word "BOTH" or an arabic form of noun that indicates "two" is not present in the phrase. This is what I mentioned to you previously that what you have is an interpretation that is carried into the translation: Again, when we say "his hands" automatically we default our thought process to "two". But this is a language default because it is an assumption based on the fact that humans have two hands. However, when the One being referred to is Allahu ta'ala, then you need to take a pause here because the One being referred to is not human or human-like. This caution that is taken when Allahu ta'ala is being referred to is a commmandment that must be obeyed.

The Holy Qur'an clearly commands:

"There is nothing whatsoever like unto Him." - (Qur'an 42:11)

"And there is none like unto Him." (Qur'an 112: 4)

"...and they do not encompass Him in (their) knowledge". 20 110

Moreover clearly commanded ayats take precedence over ayats that need interpretation and many such interpretations can easily be gotten wrong.

He [Allah] is the One who has revealed to you the Book [the Qur'an]. Out of it there are verses that are muhkamat [of established meaning], which are the principal verses of the Book, and some others are mutashabihat [whose definite meanings are unknown]. Now those who have perversity in their hearts go after the mutashabih of it, seeking [to create] discord, and searching for its interpretation [that meets their desires], while no one knows its interpretation except Allah; and those well-grounded in knowledge say: We believe therein; all is from our Lord. Only the men of understanding observe the advice.
- Qur'an 3:7
