After two years of invention into Nigeria voting systems card readers still fails in sensitive areas in rivers rerun election so to suppress opposition thereby defeating it's introduction in the first place, Inec should come out to tell us affirmatively that card reader failure will be eradicated come 2019 just the way Army told us that boko haram is eradicated so as to hold them responsible.

For Garba shehu to come out to tell Nigerians that Buhari will will 2019 election, that will only be possible when card readers deliberately failed in some sensitive parts of the country.

I hope they rectify it before 2019. Failure to do that 2019 election will be worse than 2015 election
