On August 27, 2014 The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State has accused Governor Rotimi Amaechi of holding secret meetings with the National Chairman of the PDP, Adamu Mu’azu

State Secretary of the PDP, Ibiba Walter made the accusation while addressing a gathering on voter sensitization in the state.
He said the Governor had gone as far as holding secret meetings with the National Chairman of the PDP, Adamu Mu’azu hinting that Amaechi was ready to offer as much N6 billion to achieve his aim.“But you(Amaechi) are in APC. Concern yourself with what is happening in APC.

Governor Fayose had recently called for the resignation of Mu‘azu as national chairman, saying it was inexcusable that President Jonathan could have lost in Mu‘azu’s home state of Bauchi with an incumbent PDP governor, minister of Federal Capital Territory and the national chairman. Fayose had pressed on to say that he had evidence that Mu‘azu was compromised as national chairman and worked for the APC.

But instead of Muazu to deny or confirm what Fayose Said, he Muazu took to his verified Twitter handle, to mock Fayose with the post, “Fayose: I have evidence that Muazu worked for APC....Muazu; We hope it’s not the kind of evidence he once said he had that Buhari was dying?”

Fayose lamented Further;

“I am even more particular about the National Chairman because he sold the party to the opposition. I have cogent evidences of his unholy alliance with the opposition before the elections and if they go any further, I will expose all his underhand deals.

“I want to say it again that I have no apology for calling for the resignation of the NWC members, especially the National Chairman. After all, someone resigned his position as the National Chairman for Alhaji Mu’azu to assume office.

At this point Muazu soft peddalled not wanting the unholy Alliance with Amaechi to get more attention, Muazu said:

We Now Know Why Mu'azu sold 2 flats where 13billions were found to Amaechi, And why Efcc were mute in prosecuting Muazu who received hundred of millions campaign monies speaks volume, but rather attack Olisa Metuh. they knew that pressing Muazu further may expose Amaechi.

God bless ya! all they say before Now is ;where is the evidence against Amaechi, Now EFCC unsual delay to announce who bought and own flat 7a and 7b t she was shows some high powered cover-up, Muazu has come out to say that he sold out those apartment, and owners of 7a and 7b are Not far fetched. Remember that Mo Abudu has not denied, and sources says that she was instructed never to say anything about the matter to the press so that what she might says may not contradict to 'fabrications and concortion been prepared as cover-up from EFCC, the concortion is in advance stage, and the BMC have kept their fingers crossed waiting for EFCC cooking up all sort of lies to cover Amaechi.
