The Presidency can and should provide Funds to Establish two large scale Ranches in each of the 36 States of the Federation.
One Ranch in the North and another in the South of each of our 36 States.
All to be Named "MUHAMMADU BUHARI RANCHES".

To The NASS:-

This will be in Substitution to the building of a Muhammadu Buhari Super Grazing Highways intended to run from Sokoto diagonally to Akwa Ibom, horizontally to Borno, perpendicularly to Lagos and crise cross all the 36 States in a Web fashion.
Nigeria has IBB Ways, OBJ Ways, Murtala Mohammed Ways, Gowon Ways etcetera in every State Capital of Nigeria. Only in Kano, has somewhere been called Abacha. Never mind those unenterprising name calling. IBB, OBJ, MM, Gowon etcetera, neither know Economics nor the Entrepreneurship of moving Nigeria forward
Therefore, I now want at least two Ranches in each of our 36 States built in Memory of me and not in the name of any ridiculous State Governor.

If the Fulani President could do this, it will go a long way in persuading Fulani herdsmen to embrace the idea of ranches. I hope he sees sense in such idea.
