Osinbajo would oversee the activities of government; They would have called him Overseer.
Osinbajo would conduct matters of state; They would have called him Conductor.
Osinbajo would see to all activities of government; They would have called him a Seer.
Osinbajo would administer the affairs of Government; They would have called him an Administrator.
Osinbajo would supervise the affairs of Government; They would have called him an Supervisor.
even if he said
Osinbajo wound preside over the affairs of Government; they wont call him a President they would rather call him a Presider LOL though no word like that
