The supreme court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the appeal by Uche Ogah and Friday Nwosu against Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu describing them as lacking merit and substance. It was read by Justice Musa Mohammed. The court awarded 250, 000 Naira award of damages in favour of Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu. cc lalasticlala mynd44
