His Excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha OON and the First Lady of Imo state, Ugo Nneoma Nkechinyere Rochas Okorocha PhD yesterday attended the graduation of their second son Amen Amarachi Rochas at Southern Methodist University Dallas Texas USA.
