Sighting of the Ramadan crescent starts Tomorrow not Today!
I can authoritatively confirmed it to you that some Muslims are ready to commence their Ramadan fast tomorrow, they are awaiting the announcement from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to commence their own Ramadan, meanwhile bases on the counting of the leader of the Muslims in Nigeria (The Sultan of Sokoto), Today is 28th of Sha'baan 1438AH corresponding to Thursday 25th of May, 2016.
it is upon us to Enlighten our brothers and sisters in Nigeria that searching for the Crescent commences Tomorrow in sha Allaah not Today! .
we are not to follow what the Majority do, we should follow what is right.
This was what almost happened last Ramadan when the kangaroo leagues of so called Alufa's in South west fixed d 29th of Sha'baan as the the last dat of Sha'baan without following what was stated in d book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the prophet sallaLlaahu alayhi wasallam but as Allaah decreed, The Sultan announced that the crescent had been sighted..
That's why our brothers and sisters in d north and some in other parts of the country do have a uniform date of starting Ramadan in obedience to the sultan; Allah says in Qur'aan 4 vs 59, O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you......
