Lol.. You can reset your last seen to 2015 again but try this. Download Gb whatsapp apk and hide your online status. You won't be able to see those online but your last seen will always be the time before you hid the online status
The gb whatsapp also has other features, just try it

That GB is a clown, it can customize anything ... When I was still using it, I can customize it to notify me when a certain contact is online plus other great features including the themes, that people would even find it hard to belive its Whatsapp you are using.

You can even join a group chat with two different numbers and chat simultaneously at the same time.

The whole "I-know-you-saw-my-message" routine becomes a major distraction, a real mood killer after a while

that's how one girl i been dey with bid me goodnight around 11pm but was still online and typing till 1am.
her excuse was she was still telling her online peeps goodnight. it happened not twice nor thrice. when i questioned her..., she hid her last seen.

But jokes apart, if you are online to chat with just one person without disturbance . it would still show your stalker's that you are presently online . and them go try disturb , the only saving grace in this case is No read receipt , but even with that, How do that one person know when uv read his or her messages . hmm
