This is what Nigeria needs to invest heavily in. Our local capacity to produce should be encouraged and improved. The environment should be made more accommodating and for local manufacturing.... I don tire to dey talk self....The govt no the best thing to do. Dem no just wan do am |

Any Nigerian would be proud of this, let's not belittle ourselves with all these trivial tribal banters. |

Fifthcolumnist: we already started by banning items to be imported.... the funny thing is,the same igbos that have the capacity and knowhow to do this things are the same people that like to import everything too.... they say we wouldnt buy their products anyways...whats not realy true....igbos biggest problem are the criminal elements amongst them... they never learned to flush out criminal igbos.... when we try to curse out criminal igbos, they all gather toghether to defend the criminal igbos...only very few igbos dont play that game.... 1 Like |

bantudra: All tribes have their way of stealing. It's not limited to the Igbos. It's just we think theirs is too much cos they control everyday routine trade. Hausa's steal with power and influence, for instance. We don't have to curse anyone cos we all have our weakness. But, I think govt policies encouraged importation in the first place. We need to go back and learn from the Asian countries; learn how they developed tro self reliance and discipline |

Fifthcolumnist: okay....we realy lack discipline...thats why i favour military rule... but if we can be disciplined even in democracy, then am okay with it..... |

Real2020:My brother truth they say is like pregnancy that manifest openly in a matter of time..i have always maintained in this forum that the east remains the only hope for nigerias industrialization dream..as the popular saying goes..you dont own technology by buying technology...this is the clear difference between igbos and our loud mouth brothers from the south west who are only good at producing biscuits, candies, kai kai etc and call it industrialization. Funny most of the factories there were built by foreigners and yet they choose to rub shoulders with the east who are at the business of flying nigerias flag in the indigenous manufacturing concern..its now left for us to encourage our brothers and leave the amala infested brains who are always green with envy when anything good is heard from the rising sun...igbo amaka. |

Mujtahida: Igbos in diaspora can provide all of the above + billions of dollars in foreign exchange, but those talents + the foreign exchange remittance are sinisterlly and evil intendedly caged down by Hausa/Fulani and their Yoruba slaves. The cage is so air tight that a small inlet of air of restructuring or true federalism will blow into open these talents of wonders.....and they will not allow that. Biafra on the other hand will add seaports/international airports into the mix and Walaa!...you have an indigenous industrialized African state. Honestly speaking, if you're a Yoruba or Hausa/Fulani, will you allow that to happen |

The Enyimba city that I know! People that were asking about how Biafran scientists could fabricate weapon without heavy machinery during the war should also go down to Aba and get answers. |
