When some years back some banks started financing brand new car purchases. And adverts yelled "as low as 40k it seem impossible then.5years down the road some beneficiaries have finished payment and with their cars. Let juveniles and chuchus continue and those who knows benefit. 30k over 15 years is 4.8 Millie. Mass produced 3 bedroom flat is possible at that rate. Good one Presidency

Guys he might be misquoted. The whole essence of the housing scheme is push a strategy called: ' the rent to own scheme'
So that means #30k being paid annually and consistently ,u might become a proud home owner in the future. That's my take on it.

This is a mortgage plan and mortgage financing. Not that you will just pay 30k and take the house. Just appreciated the plan first.

Maybe he's been quoted out of context cos 30k for a house? even if dangote donates free cement, free roofing sheets from Nigerite and frogeye relinquish some of those fraudulently acquired lands I cant see it happening except the government builds and sell for 30k which is still totally impossible.

You pay in installments.
I think what he means is the monthly or down payment.
