Arubaye laid a solid foundation for Delsu. The current VC is a thorn on both lecturers and students. Although he tried in the aspect of school calendar.

Who is deceiving who here? They showed only the best buildings in campus 3. Delta state na stress university. There are many structures for the pass 10yrs that has not be completed.
Ideally you don't expect the publicity guy to show the bad side of that school
