He is the type of person Rivers State needs to reposition the State on the path of sustainable business development plan.

Governance in the hands of successful businessman like Chief Barr. Dumo Lulu-Briggs will be for all and not for the few that promote insecurity to win elections just to win elections and divert your entitlements. If you love Rivers State, join hands with the gentleman to surpass Lagos achievements due to selfless leadership continuity.

In case you don't know, Seplat Petroleum Development Company (Seplat) is a Nigerian oil company based in Lagos. The company was formed in 2009 by a merger of Platform Petroleum and Shebah Exploration and Production, both small Nigerian based companies
